Terms and Conditions
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
- Our tours are under the management of Sharm Entertainment, Sharm El Shiekh, Egypt. Hereinafter referred to as "Tour Operator", and/or sub- agents, acting only as agent for the passengers and assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the accommodation or the service of any means of travel, whether by aircraft, motorcar, motor coach, cruise-ship, balloon, or other conveyance which may be used wholly or in part in the operation of this tour, nor will Tour Operator be responsible for or assume liability for injury, damage, death, loss, additional expenses, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned for any reason whatsoever, including defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or providing transportation to the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or for any losses or additional expenses occasioned directly or indirectly by acts of God, delay or changes in schedules, overbooking or sickness, weather, strikes, war quarantine, epidemics, pilferage, customs or immigration regulations or other acts of circumstances beyond the Tour Operator's control. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Baggage, cameras and personal belongings are at the "owner's risk" throughout the tour, unless insured.
- Tour Operator reserves the right to make any changes in the itinerary or to withdraw any or all tours where deemed necessary or caused by changes in air schedules or unforeseen country conditions. The right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case full refund will constitute full settlement by the passenger. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the tour. The right is reserved to decline, to accept or retain any passenger as a member of the tour, in which case a full refund or equitable amount will be refunded, but this amount shall not exceed the amount paid by the passenger(s). No refund can be made for any future or portion of the program not used by the passenger during the operation of the tour. The issuance and acceptance of a voucher or ticket shall be deemed to be consent to the above conditions and acceptance of reservations is on the specific condition that the terms and conditions above are agreed to by the passengers. The sole responsibility of any airlines used in our tours are limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. Airline and other carriers are not responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. Similar responsibilities as noted above applies to all types of carriers. In addition, the services of any IATA or local carriers may be used in connection with the tour. The cost of our tours are subject to change due to any increase from airlines, hotels, and cruise - ships.
BOOKING POLICY:
- All information regarding each traveler should be correctly given at the time of booking.
- All requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by E-mail to info@daytourtocairofromsharm.com .

BOOKING CONFIRMATION/INVOICE:
- Once we have received and confirmed your booking we will send you a Booking Confirmation/Invoice via email. Please ensure to print this confirmation and present it to your Representative as proof of booking.
PAYMENT POLICY:
- We are the only tour company in Egypt that does not require a deposit upon booking. Our business is built on trust and we want to be recognized as a reputable, reliable and trustworthy company therefore full payment of your tour will be collected upon your arrival by your Guide or Representative or at the start of your tour.
- Upon your arrival in Egypt please contact us at your earliest convenience via email at, info@daytourtocairofromsharm.com or via telephone +212 0068 922 and one of our Representatives will arrange to meet you at your hotel with your confirmed tour details, tickets and/or vouchers.
- We accept payment in USD, GBP, Euro and Egyptian Pound. Exchange rates will be calculated as per current Bank rates on the day of payment. Please note that we are unable to process credit card payments at this time. You will receive a full receipt at the time of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Sharm Club Cairo Tours maintains an honest and fair cancellation policy. You may cancel your booking at any time up to 24 hours prior to departure without penalty. Cancellations made on the day of your tour will incur a fee of 50% of the tour price. If domestic air or rail tickets have been booked and paid for by Sharm Club Cairo Tours (Sharm Entertainment ) on your behalf we request full payment of the ticket price only, we will not charge a ticket cancellation fee.
BAGGAGE:
- Baggage is limited to 2 pieces per person weighing no more than 44 lbs (22 kilos) in total and one carry-on bag (small size).

- All gratuities and tips are left to your discretion..
INSURANCE:
- For your protection, we highly recommend travel insurance. Please ensure you arrange this prior to your arrival in Egypt.
PASSPORT AND ENTRY VISA:
- A valid passport and visa are required for entry into Egypt. Please contact the Egyptian Embassy/Consulate in your home country for visa requirements.
- All travelers can obtain a visa upon arrival at Cairo airport as long as their passport is valid for 6 month at least. A tourist visa can be obtained for $ 15.00, payable in U.S. dollars. This amount is subject to change.
TOUR PRICE INCLUSIONS:
- All transfers between airports, hotels and ship, including baggage handling, from arrival in Cairo, Egypt to departure from Egypt, as per program.
- Sight-seeing including entrance fees as indicated in program accompanied by English speaking Egyptologist .
- All tours and transfers are provided by a private deluxe minibus.
- Meet, greet and assistance upon arrivals and departures.
- Meals as indicated by B=breakfast, L=lunch, D=dinner.
- Soft drinks and mineral water during touring in Cairo&Luxor.
- Service charges as imposed by hotels and government authorities.

- Cost of obtaining entry visa stamp (purchased on arrival).
- Cost of optional tours.
- Items not specifically mentioned as included.
- Excess baggage charges.
- Meals not shown as included in the itinerary.
- Items of personal nature.

- Room service.
- Laundry.
- Phone calls.
- Gratuities.
